The artist retains the right to accept or decline any commission proposed.
A retainer fee, production cost + real shipping applies to each piece of art. Only US
residents commissions accepted.
Choose a photo that is clear and of good quality for the best results. Unwanted subject
matter can be left out or changed if desired, but such directions must be made clear with the initial commission request.
Send the photo you choose for your artwork and any explainations in an email to the artist who will then make the decision
to accept or decline the commission and inform you by return email.

The artist will provide by email up to 3 progress photos at intervals during the process of
creating the artwork (one for final approval) for the purpose of receiving input from the client as to possible changes.
Once the client approves the final photo and final payment is received, the painting
will be shipped and becomes property of the client.
Artwork remains property of the artist until full payment is made. Copyright to the work
remains with the artist unless specifically purchased by contract from the artist.
Please understand the artist will work to create your art in a timely fashion according to
her ability, the difficulty of the subject and life happening. Depending on the media and size, a piece can take from
one week to two or more months to create.
Retainer Fee:
Upon approval of a photo for the drawing or painting, the artist requires a $25 payment before
begining a work of any size or medium below which will be deducted from the total cost. This fee must be
paid before work begins and is non-refundable.

Grafite Drawings: 8"x 10" with one subject: $50
11"x14" with one subject: $200
Acrylic Paintings: 8"x 10" with one subject: $200

16"x 20" with one subject: $800
Retainer Fee to be paid by email invoice upon approval of your photo

Final payments, including shipping and handling, are to be paid by a second email invoice after approval by the client of the artist's final photo of the commissioned work according to the media
and size of the artwork the client agreed upon when retaining the artist.
